Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon-Parsley Dressing

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Coat the florets with olive oil, season, then roast at 425.
  2. Whisk the olive oil into the lemon juice until emulsified, mix in the parsley, then season to taste.
  3. Toss the florets in the dressing, plate and serve.
